We remodel and build custom homes in and around Charlotte, NC as well as in select communities in upstate SC. We believe homes should be beautifully designed and built to last. We are known for our craftsmanship and personalized service. The owners of our company will be personally involved in your project from start to finish.

      Distinctive Design + Build + Remodel has been recognized as one of the best design + build firms in the country and is a trusted home remodeling company in the Charlotte, NC area. We have won numerous awards for design and customer service including the coveted national Remodeler of the Year award from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI).

      Our General Contractor is a Master Certified Remodeler (MCR) and a Certified Remodeling Project Manager (CRPM). Our Principal Designer is a Certified Remodeling Designer (CRD) as well as a Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler (CKBR). These certifications set us apart from other contractors and give homeowners peace of mind knowing they are hiring seasoned pros who have demonstrated their competence through a vigorous certification process.
