Women in NARI is a dynamic group within NARI of Greater Charlotte dedicated to supporting, connecting, and empowering women throughout the remodeling and construction industries. The group provides opportunities for professional development, education, mentorship, networking, and community involvement while highlighting the many meaningful career paths available within the industry.
Our mission is to educate and inspire women and young people by increasing awareness of the diverse careers, leadership opportunities, and positive impact they can have in remodeling, construction, design, and the skilled trades.
By building connections, sharing knowledge, and serving others, Women in NARI is working to create a stronger, more inclusive remodeling industry.

Each retreat cabin will provide a peaceful getaway for families while children participate in therapeutic, equine-assisted, and outdoor programs at Wings of Eagles Ranch.

For families caring for children with special needs, opportunities for rest, connection, and time away can be rare.
These cabins will be thoughtfully designed environments that offer comfort, accessibility, dignity, peace, healing, and joy for the entire family.
Cabins of Caring gives Charlotte's remodeling and design community a way to use its professional talents to make a direct and lasting difference.
Tucked quietly among the trees, these cabins will be a place for families to breathe, reconnect, heal, and experience meaningful moments together.
Wings of Eagles Ranch is a Christ-centered nonprofit organization in Concord serving children, adults, and families with special needs through therapeutic horseback riding, outdoor adventures, camps, equine-assisted programs, and family retreat experiences.
The ranch provides a welcoming environment where individuals of all abilities can experience confidence, independence, connection, healing, and community.
