Member Spotlight

I developed a passion for construction early in life, ignited by the renovation and addition to my childhood home. This initial spark led me to work with a custom builder and remodeler throughout high school and college. After earning a finance degree, I entered the construction field full-time. Beginning as a site supervisor, I later was promoted to Project Manager for a prominent production homebuilder. My journey brought me to the Alair™ team, a sponsor and member of NARI of Greater Charlotte. Last year marked a significant milestone as I achieved certification as a NARI Certified Project Manager, aligning with the organization's values of community service and treating everyone with equal respect.

My approach to the remodeling industry centers on the profound relationships cultivated and the wealth of knowledge acquired. The adage "jack of all trades, master of none" resonates in our work, emphasizing the indispensable role of our relationships with the trade base and subcontractors. While soft skills are essential, they only take one so far in this dynamic industry. Continuous growth as a remodeler hinges on the perpetual expansion of one's knowledge.

When I’m not on the job site, I find joy in exploring the great outdoors and cherishing quality moments with friends and family.
